Russia declares wanted an Azerbaijani accused of murder through Interpol

Russia’s law enforcement authorities have put an Azerbaijani (1981) on an international wanted list, reads information posted on Interpol’s website, APA reports.

According to the information, Rahim Khalilov is accused of a murder committed out of mercenary motives by hire, or attended by robbery with violence, racketeering, or banditry.

 

An interstate search warrant was issued for him by Russian law enforcement authorities and Interpol was asked to detain him.
