WH: We were clear on US weapon use for attacks on Russia

White House communications coordinator John Kirby told reporters on Wednesday that the United States has been clear with Ukraine when it comes to using its weapons to attack the territory of Russia, APA reports citing Teletrader.

Kirby underlined that Washington does not support the use of its equipment for strikes inside Russia. He went on to say that the country is currently looking into alleged reports that its technology was used by Ukrainian militants in the Belgorod attack.

Previously, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov insisted it was the Ukrainian army that carried out the offensive in the area.
