China and North Korea are planning on resuming their bilateral trade relationship in April, APA reports citing Teletrader.
The flow of goods between the two countries has been halted amid the coronavirus pandemic but several trading companies expect it to continue next month, according to Nikkei.
Sources told the media outlet that the trade will mostly cover Chinese aid to North Korea as the country struggles to get the medicines needed to treat diseases such as diabetes with transport restrictions placed to stop the spread of COVID-19.
