“Rescuers from 19 countries will arrive in Türkiye today,” says Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavushoglu, APA reports.
According to the minister, about 6000 people from 56 countries have been involved in search-rescue works.
"Today we have seen support from the whole world. We also thank international community. We have received proposal for aid from 95 countries and 16 international organizations. Many countries send rescuers, field hospitals, and health teams to our country. As of 9th February, 6,479 personnel from 56 countries are operating in the quake-hit areas," Mevlut Cavushoglu said.
