514 mln. tons of oil have been extracted from "Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli" (ACG) block of oil and gas fields from the day of commissioning of the block until now, said the minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov while making a speech entitled as “Azerbaijan’s energy policy and the increasing role of renewable energy” at the 14th Baku Summer Energy School held in the ADA University, the Ministry of Energy told APA-Economics.
He said so far 127 bln. cubic meters of gas and about 29 mln. tons of condensate has been extracted from Shah Deniz gas and condensate field.
