US, European stocks go up

The U.S. Dow Jones stock index rose 0.78% to 20,068.51 points, S&P 500 raised 0.80% to 2,298,37 points and NASDAQ surged 0.99% to 5,656.34 points.

 

In the European stock markets, FTSE 100 index went up by 0.20% to 7,164.43 points, Germany’s DAX ascended 1.82% to 11,806.05 and French CAC 40 soared 0.99% to 4,877.67.

 

At the latest COMEX auctions, gold price grew $0.70 to $1,198.50 an ounce, and silver went down $0.03 to $16.95.
