Over 40 residents of “Nork” care home situated in Yerevan city, the capital of Armenia have tested positive for novel coronavirus (COVID-19), the press secretary of the Armenian Health Ministry Alina Nikoghosyan posted on “Facebook”, APA reports citing “Sputnik Armenia”.
The ministry’s official noted that the placement of the coronavirus patients in hospitals for the purpose of treatment has been started from today.
Remind that so far 4,283 people have tested positive for coronavirus, 55 have died in Armenia. The number of people recovered from this disease is 1791 people.
The period of the emergency situation regime in Armenia has been extended until June 13.
