Russian Federation President's aide Yuri Ushakov said on Tuesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin may travel to China amid an upturn in bilateral relations between the two nations, APA reports quoting Teletrader.
According to Ushakov, the issue was discussed, and although he could not specify the exact date, he believes "there is a possibility" that the trip will occur this year.
The news comes when Chinese President Xi Jinping visits Moscow to reaffirm the commercial and economic ties between the two nations. Besides, the Chinese president said before that he invited Putin to visit Beijing as the country will host the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation this year
