"Today we will conduct observation at 10-12 voting stations, so far we have attended 3 voting stations", said Luxemburger Graas Gustav Marsel, an international observer of Parliamentary Assembly of OSCE in his statement to APA.

He said no violation cases have been recorded yet at polling stations: "The voting process is implemented in accordance with legislation at the voting stations. It is still early to talk about the final results because voting has newly started".
