Sticking transparent colored film on the upper part of the windshield of cars and buses is forbidden in Azerbaijan, it is reflected in the amendments to the law "On Road Traffic" which was approved in the first reading at Milli Majlis, APA reports.
The use of industrially manufactured colored glass (except for mirror glass), the light transmission of which meets the requirements of state standards, will be allowed.
At the same time, according to the current law, it is allowed to install curtains on the windows of the bus if there are external mirrors on both sides, as well as to install curtains, film or blinds manufactured by an industrial method on the rear windows of passenger cars.
In the proposed amendment to the law, the Cabinet of Ministers will determine the rules for installing curtains, blinds and films on vehicle windows, provided that they do not limit the driver's visibility.
