Validity period of Agreement between Azerbaijan and International Red Cross being extended - ORDER

President Ilham Aliyev has signed Order about approval of Protocol on the extension of the validity period of Agreement dated June 1, 2000, between Government of the Azerbaijan Republic and the International Red Cross Committee, APA reports.

According to the order, the Protocol on the extension of the validity period of Agreement dated June 1, 2000, between Government of the Azerbaijan Republic and the International Red Cross Committee signed in Baku City on May 7, 2020, has been approved.

After entry into force of the Protocol mentioned in the 1st part of that Order, the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic should ensure the implementation of its provisions. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic should send a notification to the International Red Cross Committee about the completion of the intra-state procedures necessary for entry into force of the Protocol.
