Ilham Aliyev: Anti-national groups that became increasingly active during election â€˜already marginalizedâ€™

The anti-national groups that became increasingly active during the presidential election have already been marginalized, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev said during his inauguration ceremony on April 18, APA reports.

“This election once again showed that they have no place in Azerbaijan’s political scene,” the head of state noted.

“The Azerbaijani people have long determined their place – this is the ‘dump of history’. Their meetings held before and after the election once again demonstrated that the Azerbaijan people will never allow the groups, which are managed from abroad, to take any position in the country,” President Aliyev added.
