We saw the support of brotherly countries that are members of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in eliminating the effects of the earthquake, said Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkish President in an interview on the joint air of Turkish TV channels, APA's Istanbul correspondent reports.
He noted that OTS member countries supported Türkiye with all their strength:
"With OTS, we've already been like part of one body. We also held the Extraordinary Summit of the OTS in Ankara and decided on the establishment of the Civil Defense Mechanism. Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, particularly Azerbaijan, visited here and observed the work being done.
