Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in his nightly video address claimed that the American Patriot anti-missile systems, operated by Ukrainians, successfully intercept Russian missiles, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"When Patriots in the hands of Ukrainians ensure one hundred percent downing of any Russian missiles, terror is losing," Zelensky said.
The head of state went on to emphasize the need for continued pressure on Russia through increased sanctions and isolation, as well as the importance of the Ukrainian military's success in combating the country's troops. "When the world increases pressure on Russia, including sanctions, when the terrorist's isolation grows, when its former partners are ashamed of any closeness with Moscow, terror is losing," he concluded.
