Gradual replacement of state investments with private investments, financing of projects for the restoration of territories liberated from occupation, stimulation of non-oil exports, liberalizaation of the economy, acceleration of provatization of state property and sale of assets are among the main goals of the 2022 budget of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
It was reflected on the opinion of the Chamber of Accounts of Azerbaijan on the draft law "On the implementation of the 2022 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and the annual report on the implementation of the 2022 state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It was noted that a total of AZN 4311.0 mln. funds have been allocated from the state budget for the reconstruction and restoration of the territories liberated from occupation. In 2022, the investment of state fund and the costs of of reconstruction and restoration of territories liberated from occupation equaled to AZN 5945.8 mln. And a 26.9% increase was observed in this amount compared to the previous year.
