Agenda of extraordinary meeting of FMs of Turkic Council disclosed

”We had a very good exchange of views yesterday,” Azerbaijani Foreign Minister stated at the opening of the extraordinary meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of member states of Council of Cooperation of Turkic-speaking states (Turkic Council), APA reports.

E. Mammadyarov said the agenda of the meeting is very busy: “Our agenda includes the issues of cooperation with international organizations and with the countries not being the members of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Council of Cooperation of Turkic-speaking States. At the same time, the proposals of the head of the Council regarding the coordination of the cooperation between the member countries of the Council will be discussed. The expansion of the activity of the Turkic Academy will also be in the center of attention at the meeting. We will also discuss the regulation of the cooperation of the General Secretary of the Council with such international organizations as OSCE and Pacific Ocean Countries’ Organization”.

The minister noted that holding of 8th summit of Council of Cooperation of Turkic-speaking states will also be discussed at the meeting: “Expanding of the activity of the representation of Council opening in Budapest will also be in the center of attention.”
