The General Secretary of TURKSOY (the International Organization of Turkic Culture) Dusen Kaseinov has addressed a congratulation letter to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
The congratulation letter reads as follows:

On behalf of General Secretariat of TURKSOY, the Permanent Council of Ministers of Culture of the Turkic-speaking Countries and personally on my own behalf, I sincerely congratulate Your Excellency and the brotherly Azerbaijani people on occasion of the national holiday – the Day of Republic.
The International Organization of Turkic Culture highly appreciates the care and support shown by Your Excellency to TURKSOY, the role of Your Excellency in development and promotion of the common Turkic culture.
We assure You that the cooperative relations in the area of culture between the TURKSOY organization and the Azerbaijan Republic will be continued along the ascending line and the Azerbaijani culture and fine arts will be decently represented during the international events that will be implemented in the framework of TURKSOY.
