The issue of Western Azerbaijan should be one of the parts of peace agenda between Azerbaijan and Armenia, said Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Khalaf Khalafov at public hearing on topic of “Moving mountains: Peaceful and lawful return to the Western Azerbaijan”, APA reports.
“The return of Western Azerbaijanis to those areas is voluntary and their security and social-economic support should be fulfilled. Armenia must shoulder these issues voluntaeily and solve them. It is an humanitarian tragedy for our people. In this regard, the community has a huge responsibility,” Khalaf Khalafov stressed.
