Fakhreddin Altun: "The Organization of Turkic States became stronger following the Karabakh victory"

"During the 44-day war, Turkiye provided comprehensive assistance to Azerbaijan, and serious diplomatic steps were taken," said Fahreddin Altun, head of the Communications Department of the Presidential Administration of Turkiye, during addressing the "One Nation - One Victory" event held in Istanbul, APA's Istanbul correspondent reports.

During the war, the entire world saw who was the invader. F. Altun added that, in terms of information support, civil society, in addition to the media, was active.

"The Turkish people also showed their support through social media. The international community tried to isolate Azerbaijan and Turkiye. Let our Azerbaijani brothers know they are not alone on this path, and we believe Azerbaijan is always stand by Turkiye. This victory is the symbol of the triumph of the upright and the truth over the unrighteous. They attempted to characterize us as invaders. The Organization of Turkic States became stronger following the Karabakh victory. We will restore Shusha, Zangilan, and Karabakh in general after this glorious triumph," Altun said.

Notably, the event was jointly organized by the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Istanbul and the municipality of Tuzla region.
