"Last year, we have established Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council. We are in contact with our Ukrainian colleagues," said the Chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center), Farid Shafiyev during the open discussions for media today, APA reports.
F.Safiyev noted that last year Iranian experts have been invited to Azerbaijan as well: "We have plan to visit both Iran and the US as an expert. If it is possible, I would also visit Armenia. As an expert, we have to conduct research, make visits and to hold discussions".
