Kazak Ambassador to Azerbaijan ends tenure

The tenure of the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan ends, Serjan Abdikarimov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan said at a press conference, APA reports.

"Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan are united by deep historical and cultural ties. I personally have many moments that connect me to this country, my daughter was born here, and my son was born on May 10 - on the birthday of the national leader Heydar Aliyev. I witnessed the glorious and great victory in Karabakh during my work here as an ambassador.

I have many friends in Azerbaijan and of course, I will leave this country with a feeling of sadness," said the diplomat.
