Polad Bulbuloglu meets with Sudan's ambassador

On July 27 of this year, Ambassador Polad Bulbuloglu received the newly appointed ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to the Russian Federation, Mohamed Elghazali Eltigani Sirrag, at his request, APA's Moscow correspondent reports citing the Azerbaijani Embassy in Russia.

During the meeting, Polad Bulbuloglu congratulated his Sudanese colleague on his appointment and wished him success in his position.

Then, he informed about his activities as the doyen of diplomatic corps accredited in Moscow, numerous meetings and cultural events.

Touching on Azerbaijan's relations with Sudan, the ambassador said there are opportunities for developing bilateral relations. In this regard, he emphasized the importance of further expansion of cooperation in the fields of tourism, science, education, and culture, within the framework of international organizations.

At the meeting, the sides exchanged views and opinions on the processes taking place in the region and other issues of interest.
