President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev has congratulated President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the national holiday of Azerbaijan - Independence Day, APA reports.
The congratulatory letter reads: "On behalf of the people of Bulgaria and on my own behalf, I extend my sincere congratulations and best wishes to you on the occasion of the national holiday of Azerbaijan - Independence Day.
