The Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan has launched an investigation into the crimes committed by French citizen Arthur Oganisyan and Georgian citizen Vahagn Chakhalyan in the territory of Azerbaijan on the basis of numerous information disseminated in local and foreign media.
