Measures on extinguishing fires in Azerbaijan’s northern and north-west regions are ongoing-PHOTO-VIDEO

For several days, fires of various scales have been recorded in the northern and northwestern regions of the country, APA reports.

The employees of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, North and North-West regional centers, Civil Defense Troops and Special Risk Rescue Service are participating in extinguishing fires that broke out in Guba, Shabran, Gusar, Gabala, Zagatala and other areas.

The firefighting forces of the MES are taking measures to prevent the fire by using special climbing equipment and equipment in mountainous terrain with complex terrain, including hard-to-pass and steep rocky terrain.
