“State food reserves will be supplied in 3 directions- mobilization, strategic, and emergency,” said Deputy Chairman of State Reserves Agency Hidayat Azimov at the meeting of Economic policy, industry, and entrepreneurship of the Milli Majlis, APA-Economics reports.
It was noted that strategic direction consists of 3 parts: “This includes food reserve, a reserve of medical drugs and energy reserved. State Reserves Concept was developed by using international experience. In accordance with this concept, a draft law was developed. Currently, it is in the stage of being coordinated with state agencies. This is done according to the methodology of food products. Here, the food demand of the population, their composition, and storage period are taken into account.”
