“General plan of the city of Agdam has been approved and presented to public,” said Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Huseynov in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region (except Shusha region) Emin Huseynov, APA reports.
According to him, since then, on May 28, 2021, these processes have become widespread: “Although demining activity was difficult, it was implemented very rapidly. Several corridors have already been opened and the main infrastructure is being built using these corridors. It is expected to be completed by the end of this year. According to the schedule, Barda-Agdam road will be completed next year. However, we consider that it also may be completed by the end of this year. We do our utmost for this.”
According to Emin Huseynov, Agdam-1 and Agdam-2 substations were constructed and Karabakh digital management center was built and put into operation.
