250 more Azerbaijani citizens stranded on territory of Russia’s Dagestan brought to country today

The return to the country of 250 more Azerbaijani citizens stranded on the territory of Russia’s Dagestan Republic has been ensured today, APA’s northern bureau reports.

Our compatriots have been brought to the country in buses through Samur border crossing station on the border with Russia.

They have been accommodated in the admission and sorting station established near Samur border crossing station situated on the territory of Azerbaijan’s Gusar region – on the border with the Russian Federation by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) and have been carried through relevant medical examination.

The conditions have been created at the admission and sorting station for simultaneous accommodation of 1,200 people, the sanitary and hygienic requirements have been fully satisfied, all necessary measures have been implemented in regard to nutrition, provision with hygienic supplies and etc.

The repeated examination by the medical brigade functioning at the admission and sorting station of the MES and provided with relevant medical equipment of the persons passing through initial medical examination at the border crossing point and their temporary stay there, under the quarantine regime are being ensured.

Also the evacuation to the specially allocated relevant local hospital of the persons in whom any suspicious symptom is detected for making more precise diagnosis has been envisaged.
