State Statistical Committee of Azerbaijan and the Korean Statistical Committee have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of statistics, APA reports.
The signing ceremony has been held at a conference entitled “Strengthening ICT and human resources capacity in the production of official statistics”
The memorandum has been signed by Chairman of the State Statistical Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan Tahir Budagov and Chairman of the State Statistical Committee of Korea Shin-Wook Kang.
Within the framework of the memorandum, it is planned to strengthen human resources, to exchange experience, to apply modern information and communication technologies in the production of statistics, to hold joint conferences, etc.
