At the same time, the visits to Gabala region of Azerbaijan’s President Mr. Ilham Aliyev and the results of the completed works have been mentioned in the books. I also consider the presentation of the contributions made by Gabala region to Azerbaijan’s statehood during the independence period in addition to the ancient history of the region as one of the significant features of these books. From this point of view, I think that this multivolume edition dedicated to historical and ethnographic researches of Gabala region in a natural integral part of the study of Azerbaijani social thinking, and it will make a great contribution to re-writing of Azerbaijani history. At the same time, I highly appreciate the activity of Mrs. Ruhangiz Heydarova, Chairman of SEBA Association, who has provided great support to the preparation of these books. A few years ago I got acquainted with archeological monuments in Gabala. I can say that the achievements obtained as a result of the conditions created in Gabala by Azerbaijan-Korea Cultural Exchange Association, the archeology and conservation works completed in the region are worth of being demonstrated to the world community".
