Next year, volume of funds to be allocated for social security and social protection to be about AZN 4 billion

The specific weight in Azerbaijan’s state budget of the funds that will be allocated for social security and social protection in the next year has been disclosed, APA reports.

This has found its reflection in the statement of the Ministry of Finance regarding the state and round-up budgets of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2021.

In the next year, the volume of the funds that will be allocated for social security and social protection will account for 14,6 percent of the budget expenditures.

Note that the incomes of Azerbaijan’s state budget in 2021 are forecasted to be in the amount of AZN 24 327,0 mln., while the state budget expenditures in 2021 are forecasted to be in the amount of AZN 25 847,5 mln. Thus, in the next year, the volume of the funds that will be allocated for social security and social protection will exceed AZN 3 billion 773 million.
