Rule of getting permission for taking pets for walking during strict special quarantine regime in Azerbaijan revealed

Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has clarified the issue of taking pets for walking in territory of Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Mingachevir, Shirvan cities, and Absheron district, as well as in centers of Lankaran, Masalli, Jalilabad, Shaki, Zagatala, Guba, Khachmaz, Yevlakh, Barda, Bilasuvar, and Ismayilli districts (excluding villages and settlements) during strict special quarantine regime until 00:00 a.m on January 18, 2020, Ministry told APA.

Persons, who get SMS permission in order to leave house to buy food or drug, to use banking and postal services, as well as to spend time in open air, can also take their pets for walking for 3 hours.
