National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan has released information on current weather condition, expected for February 9, the Ministry told APA.
Weather is expected to be occasionally rainy in Baku and Absheron peninsula, in some places sleet and snow are forecasted. Strong northwest wind will blow.
The weather temperature will be 1°C of frost in the evening and 0-3° C in the daytime and night in Absheron peninsula, and 0-2° C at night and daytime, while 1°C of frost in the evening in Baku.
The atmospheric pressure will increase from 758 mm, which is below normal, to 769 mm mercury column; relative humidity will be 75-85% at night and in the daytime.
The weather will be occasional rainy in the regions of Azerbaijan, snow is forecasted. It is expected to be intensive in some places.
Fog will be observed in various places. Strong west wind will blow in some places.
The weather temperature will be 0-5° C of frost at night and 1-5° C in the daytime, 5-10° C of frost at night in the mountains, and 0-5° C of frost in the daytime. Roads may be icy.
