Those who violate requirements shall bear administrative and criminal liability in Azerbaijan

The task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan warned citizens, APA reports.

During the movement of persons in accordance with the decision, it is mandatory for them to have identity documents. Individuals, legal entities, and officials shall be liable for the violation of the rules of application of traffic restrictions established by this decision in accordance with the Administrative Offenses and Criminal Codes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs shall monitor compliance with the rules for the application of traffic restrictions established by this decision.

Note that in order to reduce the rate of spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), as well as to tighten the special quarantine regime to minimize its complications in Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Lankaran, Yevlakh, Masalli, Jalilabad and Absheron region. Restrictions were applied from 00:00 on June 21, 2020, until 06:00 on July 5, 2020.
