In accordance with the relevant decree of the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan, works on providing one-time payments (11,000 manats) of the heirs of martyrs are being continued, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population told APA.
The Commission, established regarding this issue, has made a decision to make a one-time payment to 177 heirs of 121 martyrs.
Relevant works are being carried out to transfer one-time payment to bank accounts of those heirs in the following days. In total, heirs of 12268 martyrs have been determined to be granted one-time payment. Of them, the decision was made to grant a one-time payment to 17 479 heirs of 11 740 martyrs.
Note that the program of providing one-time payments to heirs of martyrs has already been implemented by 96 per cent.
