"Regional countries have very great staff potential, but, unfortunately, it is not fully used," said Regional Director of the World Health Organization Hans Kluge, APA reports.

According to him, the initial stage of medical sanitary services is made up of initial medical services today. That is why people should rely on these services.

"In my country - Belgium, salary of doctors, providing initial medical service was very high. I also worked as a therapist and liked my work too much. Government provided me with all necessary medical equipment. It aimed that I could help people when they applied to me. My experience shows that determination of initial diagnosis on people is very essential with initial medical service. We see in the regional countries that they have great labor potential, but we can not use it fully. We try to decrease the burden of doctors."
