Conditions have been created for the free passage of vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on the Khankendi-Lachin road passing through Shusha, APA's correspondent assigned to Shusha reports.
6 passenger vehicles belonging to ICRC, passed from Khankendi toward Lachin in the morning, and already returned back.
Medicine, baby food was brought on the vehicles.
The action participants created conditions for their passage.
