"Both employees injured during the armed attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in Iran are under the supervision of a doctor," says Aykhan Hajizada, Head of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
He stressed that the condition of the wounded is good, their condition is stable.
Note that an armed attack took place at the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Iran on January 27, 2023, at about 8:30 by Baku time. As a result of this vile attack, Orkhan Asgarov, the head of the security service of the diplomatic mission, was killed while performing his official duties, and two employees of the Embassy were injured.
Yesterday, the body of the martyr Orkhan Asgarov, the wounded and the employees of the embassy, their family members were evacuated from Iran to Azerbaijan by the plane provided by the state of Azerbaijan.
