An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 57 km NNW of Fayzabad, Afghanistan at 04:50 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said, APA reports citing Xinhua.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 37.6133 degrees north latitude and 70.3781 degrees east longitude.
