Kyrgyzstan reports 1,169 new COVID-19 cases

Kyrgyzstan registered 1,169 new coronavirus cases for the past day, Deputy Minister of Health Jalalidin Rahmatullaev told a press briefing on July 22, APA reports citing AKIPress.

These new cases include 760 in Bishkek, 132 in Chui region, 76 in Batken region, 76 in Jalal-Abad region, 52 in Issyk-Kul region, 31 in Osh region, 17 in Naryn region, 13 in Osh, 12 in Talas region.

The total number of confirmed coronavirus cases reached 153,878.

12 lethal cases linked to coronavirus infection were registered for the past day, including 6 in Bishkek, 4 in Chui region, 1 in Batken region, 1 in Naryn region.

COVID-19 toll reached 2,217.
