Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery plant of SOCAR has ceased its operation to carry out planned repairs, Ibrahim Ahmadov, deputy head of the SOCAR public relations and events department told APA-Economics.
According to him, the operation of Heydar Aliyev Baku Oil Refinery has been halted from today: “Activity of the plant is planned to be resumed on October 24.”
“Primarily, the operation of the ELOU-AVT (primary oil refining) device has been stopped. Repairing works will be implemented in other devices gradually”, added I. Ahmadov.
Note that the operation of the chemical facilities of Azerikimya Production Union, receiving the raw material from the Baku Oil Refinery, was ceased.
