Russian Defense Minister, army general Sergey Shoygu paid a business visit to Armenia, APA reports citing aysor.am.
In the sidelines of the visit Russian Defense Minister will visit the Russian 102nd military base deployed in Gyumri.
Sergey Shoygu will meet with his Armenian counterpart Davit Tonoyan in Yerevan. Military-technical cooperation issues will be discussed during the meeting.
Russian Defense Minister is also planned to meet with the political leadership of Armenia.
Note that Sergey Shoygu will attend the meeting of the CIS Council of Defense Ministers to be held in Baku tomorrow.
