"Russia seriously approaches its bilateral and multilateral commitments", said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry (MFA) Maria Zakharova in a response to the question regarding Russia's commitments within the framework of bilateral and Collective Security Treaty with Armenia at today's briefing.
"Relevant consultations are being conducted through the bilateral line. When it comes to the commitments regarding the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), in accordance with the information we have, the situation in the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is closely watched at the CSTO".
