Azerbaijan-Japan Friendship center operation in Tokyo has appealed to Japan community and state bodies regarding the death of Azerbaijani journalists and representatives of local executive power as a result of a mine explosion in Kalbajar, State Committee for Work with Diaspora told APA.

The appeal signed by Khalil Kalantar reads that despite the war has ended in Karabakh, the Armenian government still continues its anti-humanitarian policy and provocative actions.

As an example to this, facts as Azerbaijani journalists on duty and a representative of the local executive power accompanying them were killed in a mine explosion in Susuzlug village of Kalbajar region, provoking by diversion groups by Armenian military-political leadership to violate the borders of Azerbaijan and enter our country for the re-mining of settlements and roads in the territory of Azerbaijan were shown.

During the 7 months after the ending of the war, it was brought to notice that more than 120 people were killed and injured in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
