Minister: Attention should be paid that destruction in Karabakh will not be repeated in the history of mankind

The Minister noted the revival of Karabakh, liberated from occupation as a result of the heroism of the brave Azerbaijani Army, is being discussed today: “We should look at the activity of the Karabakh Revival Fund not as a temporary one, but forever. Because here we cannot be limited to such goals as the restoration of our destroyed material heritage. Based on this process, we should aim for sustainable development. In history, there were Stalingrad, Sarajevo and Hiroshima. And the destruction in Karabakh is a process that was carried out consciously for decades. Attention should be paid that destruction in Karabakh will not be repeated in the history of mankind.
