On October 11, official exchange rate of the Turkish lira against Azerbaijan's manat decreasing by 0.9% amounted to AZN 0,1897, which is considered a new historical minimum. The previous historical minimum was recorded on September 30 of the current year, according to calculations of APA-Economics based on indicators of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
