Volume of loan agreements of Azerbaijan announced

As of January 1, 2021, it is envisaged to involve funds amounted USD 12,478 bln. on loan agreements of Azerbaijan, according to the comment of the Chamber of Accounts on the draft law on the implementation of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2020, and annual report on implementation or state budget for 2020, APA-Economics reports.

It is noted that as of the mentioned date, USD 11,833 bln. of loans have already been used and main debt repayment on loans amounted to 3.732 billion. dollars.

Last year alone, Azerbaijan used loans amounted to USD 470,8 mln which is 43,1% less in comparison to 2019.
