"Shusha Declaration" on alliance signed between Azerbaijan and Turkey is a historical step, said national defense minister of Turkey Hulusi Akar during budget discussions of the next year at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, APA reports.
""Shusha Declaration has great importance for development and stability of not only two countries, but also the whole Caucasus. Armenia should take the hand of peace and friendship extended by the Turkish, Azerbaijani presidents, and should evaluate the opportunities, including our "six platforms" proposal. We will always stand by our Azerbaijani brothers which we are always together in grief and joy with the concept of "Two countries, one nation"".
