The information spread by the Armenian side that Iran fired at Azerbaijani positions after the alleged entry of a suicide-drone belonging to the Azerbaijani Army into Iranian airspace is false and is another disinformation of the enemy, APA reports citing the press service of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defence.
Concerned about the full control of the Iranian-Azerbaijani state border, the Armenian side is trying to damage high-level relations between the two countries by spreading such false news: "Our cooperation between Azerbaijan and Iran in the political, economic, religious, cultural, and other fields, which have deep historical roots, is developing successfully.
The military-political leadership of Armenia, which has not received the necessary support from the international community, is seriously concerned about the successful development of Azerbaijani-Iranian relations and sees the way out in the spread of false and defamatory information."
