Russian military expert explains reasons for Azerbaijan’s victory in Patriotic War

“Armenia constructed during 30 years Ohanyan wall which they considered impassable,” said Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of the Russian magazine "NationaDefense", a military expert at the conference 44 day Victory road, APA reports.

According to him, Armenian military servicemen considered that it is impossible to pass this wall without great losses.

“But it should be confessed that Azerbaijani Army achieved set goal during the counter-attack. It has several reasons. Azerbaijan’s economic and political system is enough sustainable. Second, Azerbaijan’s moral spirit was high. Third, Azerbaijan had established army of the XXI century. Fourth, Azerbaijan effectively used unmanned combat vehicles. The military administration provided effective management to the battalions and units. Azerbaijan fought for liberating its lands from the occupation, this gave moral power to the people, military servicemen.”
